Group Contact Classes

I teach a few contact classes in the week.  Places available in the following classes:

Tuesday 6pm – 7pm at Ockment Centre, Okehampton

Friday 9:45am – 10:45am at Belstone Village Hall, Belstone

Both classes are booked on classfit.com

Cost:  £8/class

Breathe Balance & Mobility Class

This is a seated and standing class that incorporates fascia release, and neural exercises that simplify simply feeling better.

Wednesday 9:30am -10:10am at The Meeting Place, Lower Crediton Road, Okehampton

No booking required
